My Approach

It all begins with a desire to move without stiffness and pain. Exercise is crucial for people to strengthen muscles, maintain bone strength, give more energy, control their weight, and enhance the quality of their life. Whatever it is, how you move - sitting, standing, walking, and lifting - can make all the difference in the world. We'll focus on range-of-motion, strengthening, balance, and appropriate cardiovascular exercises, using land-based, weights, body weight, or aquatics to meet your needs. Come work with me.
